Well, we continue to publish Prestashop 1.7 tutorials for beginners and today I’m going to show you how to change the order of blocks, that could be placed on the homepage (we are talking about sliders, featured or popular products, best sellers, new arrivals, banners or just custom text blocks).
This question is really often asked by beginners, that start their path of exploring how the Prestashop 1.7 works. Well, let’s imagine a situation when a customer visited your web store without login. He found something interesting for him and added it to cart. But unfortunately then he left the site. So how to configure cart lifetime, to keep the product available in a cart upon the next customer’s visit? Just two easy steps:
I guess everyone clearly understands the power of social media nowadays. People spend too much time looking through news feed and sharing their thoughts, ideas and pictures. Once a customer finds some webstore he probably wants to get more information about it in various social networks just because he trusts them and knows he can find more feedback and reviews there. So now connection with those networks is obligatory and it’s a really effective way tell to people all around the world about your product.
There are default email templates that are predefined in Prestashop. These emails are sent to a customer after s(he) creates an account on the website, makes a purchase, in case of payment receiving, confirmation that the order has been shipped and some other cases. And if you want these emails to be unique and bring more information to a customer, then you simply need to modify them. Further I’m going to show you how to perform that in Prestashop 1.7.
